By accessing and using the PageoNix website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on PageoNix website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

In no event shall PageoNix or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PageoNix website, even if PageoNix or a PageoNix authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on PageoNix website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PageoNix does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. PageoNix may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

PageoNix has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by PageoNix of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

PageoNix may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Service Agreements

For specific service agreements, project terms, and deliverables, a separate contract will be provided and must be signed before work commences. The terms of such specific contracts supersede these general terms where applicable.

10. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your contract. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We accept various payment methods as outlined in your proposal and invoice.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code created by PageoNix for your project are your property upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and components used remain owned by their respective creators but are licensed to you for use in your project.

12. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PAGEONIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR CLAIM, EVEN IF A PAGEONIX REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support is limited to the duration specified in your service package. Extended support requires a separate maintenance contract. Emergency support outside business hours may incur additional fees.
